Removing oxide, resistance to scale, corrosion inhibition, cleaning and adjusting water quality.
The new hi-tech product has multi functions in adjusting the water quality in the boiler, and also has the features of both organic and inorganic water treatment reagents.
The product can be provided as solid or liquid form.
Using conveniently, testing simply and accurately.
Applicable to low pressure boiler and steam boiler.
1 Solid MC-16 needs to be dissolved in hot water before being added into the boiler with additional water. The dose for addition is 0.7kg/t water.
2 Test the water in boiler once a day and maintain the Basicity (P) at 100-300mg/kg and the salinity (NaCl) at less than 900mg/kg (optimum < 400mg/kg). If not, a blow-down is needed.
3 Generally, the dose of the liquid MC-16 is 50-100ppm.
⑴ Basicity-P [CaCO3]:
Sample 20ml boiler water into a measuring cylinder and pour it into a conical flask. Add 3-5 drops of No. 1 reagent with shake and the solution should urn to red color. Then add No. 2 reagent dropwise until the red color disappears. Record the number of drops and check the dosage of MC-16 in Table 1.
Add 2-3 drops of No. 3 reagent into the solution after testing P with shake and the solution should turn to yellow color. Add No. 4 reagent dropwise until the color turns orange. Record the number of drops and check Table 2 to determine whether a blow-down is needed.
