1 Applicable to circulating cooling water systems of main and servo engines of steamship and naval vessels to prevent jecket of piston, pump, cooling facilities and pipeline from corrosion and scaling.
Used in locomotive tank, air-conditioning facilities and oil exploitation equipments, etc.
2 Used in close recirculating cooling systems of various industrial facilities to render good inhibition to corrosion and scaling over a temperature range from ambient temp to 100℃.
3 Used as a corrosion inhibitor in automobile anti-freezing fluid.
Dissolving the product in warm water before charging into the circulating water. For an initial addition, the dosage is 3.2Kg MC-15 per ton of water. Generally, the circulating water should be analyzed once a week, or at all times if needed to maintain a MC--15 concentration, no less than 3000mg/Kg water.

1 Avoid swallowing the chemicals. In case contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of water immediately.
2 Keep away from acids, alkalis, oxidative and water. Always keep tightly sealed after use.
Sample 10ml of circulating cooling water sample into a measuring beaker and add 5-6 drops of No.1 solution. Then add No.2 solution dropwise with shaking until a pink color develops and persists for at least 30 seconds. Record the number of drops and check the dosage of MC-15 chemicals according to the following table.
